Meet Bill Fung.

History

Bill came to the United States as a child from the former British Crown Colony of Hong Kong — to see what snow looked like. Decades later, he's still here, helping people navigate some of life's biggest financial decisions.

His path into real estate wasn't traditional. As a kid working in his father's Chinese restaurant, Bill chose pizza and spaghetti so often his parents joked about sending him back to Hong Kong — for a while, he thought he might be Italian. Expectations in school were low, but after multiple rejections he was accepted to Georgetown University, surprising just about everyone.

He later spent ten years in New York City in the restaurant business, including Windows on the World at the World Trade Center and Sardi's in the theater district, where he developed the service mindset and attention to detail that still define his work today.

Since moving to Colorado in the late 1980s, Bill has built a referral-based business grounded in trust, consistency, and long-term relationships. Many of his clients are going through major life transitions — upsizing, downsizing, or repositioning — and need to coordinate both sides of a move. He specializes in helping them think through timing, pricing, and strategy so they don't make expensive mistakes when several pieces are moving at once.

Real estate, in Bill's world, isn't about pressure. It's about timing, clarity, and making the right move when it counts.
