My Dad worked weekly, long hour days, many times 7 days a week. Dad believed in proper conduct, truth, honor, respect, being American and Chinese.

Dad taught me ethics, working with people, and developing relationships. This all happened at our family restaurant. Working at the restaurant since I was 7 years old helped me understand relationships with family, with others, and later in my career as a Realtor, helping others with their lives and families.

After moving, living and starting a family in New York City, and being a “West-Sider” The Fung family transplanted to Denver in 1986 settling in the Wild West! We’ll that’s what our son thought moving to Denver. Thirty plus years later, Turns out Denver is very much a cosmopolitan town after all!

Here in Denver I traded hats, so from working at Top of the World Trade Center to the Mile-High City, I began a new career in real estate in 1990.

And so began “The new career.”

Bill helped many Sellers successfully sell properties during the good times as well as the horrific real estate downturns from early 1990s, dot com bust in 2000 and then the horrific real estate recession of  2008 to 2011. Having weathered these time periods, Many of Bill's Clients value his attention to: communication, market conditions, ensure details are handled completely, his easy-going personality, and in-depth market knowledge.
